On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, organizations Youth For Challenge and WOMENVAI organized the presentation of the trophies to the Winners Women of Benin. This is part of the execution by the two organizations of the Women's Leadership and Value Creation (LFCV) project in Benin.

Indeed, the Winners Women were evaluated after the 4 entrepreneurial capacity building webinars on the basis of many criteria, in particular, the presence and active participation in the webinars, the various exercises rendered (creation of LinkedIn profile, business canvas and SWOT analysis ), and the quality of video pitches for business ideas.

Thus, after deliberation, three trophies of excellence were awarded in each of the three categories Cosmetics, Agribusiness and Social. The jury therefore distinguished respectively for the aforementioned categories Mesdames Jihane TOURE (Company Jie Care - Kandi), Sandra ODJOUGBELE (Company Papaya Industry - Abomey-Calavi) and Emeline KOUCHEME (Company Home's Heart - Lokossa).

The award ceremony of the Winners Women took place online and saw the participation of the WOMENVAI team led by its President Yvette RAMOS, the YFC project management team led by Djètovi BEDE CEO YFC, and Mr. Michel OKAN, Technical Advisor for Training and Cooperation at the Ministry of Digital and Digitalization.

We are all proud of your dear Winners Women journey. Well done to all of you for the commitment and the seriousness. We extend our congratulations to the three champions. Our thanks also go to Yvette RAMOS, Denisse SALAS, Asma BRINI, Betty BONNARDEL, Djètovi BEDE, Bachiratou ISSIAKO, Franciscain DOSSOU-YOVO, Ahmed ADJIBADE and all those who worked behind the scenes for the success of this first phase of the Female Leadership and Value Creation (LFCV) project in Benin. All eyes are now on the physical workshop to be held in Benin in the coming months as soon as the health situation lulls.
