Youth for Challenge makes financial education for young people a priority. It intends to promote the financial education of young people through workshops and trainings on themes relating to budgeting, the importance of money and networking (networking). It is therefore to contribute to the achievement of this objective that we initiated in the CAEB / Lokossa conference room on November 7, 2018 a conference-debate on a major concept of financial education: the cash flow quadrant. proposed by Robert Kiyosaki.
Led by CEO Lauréano Bede, the presentation of this concept allowed the thirty or so schoolchildren and students present to understand the four ways of earning money today in the world and especially the characteristics and psychologies of each type of agent: employee, liberal, businessman and investor. In turn, the participants asked questions and identified the quadrants that effectively allow a country to develop by putting money at the service of the process of economic and social development. They have thus taken resolutions on their future orientations with regard to the choices of life and quadrant careers.

We carried out this activity at zero francs and benefited from the technical support of the CAEB which made its conference room and projection equipment available to us.
Results obtained and quantified impact
• Thirty (30) schoolchildren and pupils understood the four ways of making money today, the characteristics and psychologies of each type of agent;
• Thirty (30) schoolchildren and pupils have taken consequent resolutions on their future orientations with regard to the choices of life and quadrant careers.
Difficulties encountered and solution approaches
The main difficulty was the time to better explain and understand the different quadrants with detailed case studies. Thus, we made the learners participate more so that they understand without great difficulty the points discussed.
